The Mount Horeb Community Clothes Closet (CCC) was founded by Life Church in 1997 and serves to provide clothing and bedding to our neighbors in need. It is open to all without regard to age, race, gender or creed. More than 2,500 families come through our doors every year!
Our Location:
We are located at 102 East Lincoln Street, Mount Horeb, WI
Hours open to the community are:
- 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month:
- 10:00am - Noon
- 3rd Thursday of the month:
- 5:00pm - 7:00 pm
How you can help:
- Become a volunteer
- Each of the churches involved take turns staffing open hours, and we also enlist section leaders who straighten out various areas during closed hours. Our volunteers range from children of adult volunteers, high school students seeking Silver Cord hours, working adults and retirees. They have in common a strong motivation to help others.
- Donate clothing
- We serve women, men, and children, and accept new and gently used clothing for all ages and sizes. You can donate clothes during open hours at the Community Clothes Closet or at the donation box at Life Church
- Donate financially
- Organize a service project
